We agree the scope and format with the people who will use the assessment, including the alternatives they need to consider. The assignment does not promise a particular price, funding arrangement or business result.

Commercial assumptions can depend on legal permissions, tax treatment, audited figures or regulated financial matters. Those conclusions belong with the appropriately appointed specialists.

The assessment identifies the particular dependency and uses the specialist conclusion when it is available. It does not treat an unresolved professional question as a settled commercial term.
